With the help of our Coalition Evaluator, Harry Wolhandler Harry.Wolhandler@Accelara.com, we are collecting information and data that already exists, and also will use Surveys to identify the community substance abuse issues, and causes of those substance abuse issues.  In the end we will have an accurate picture, for our community, the types and magnitude of the substance abuse issues.  This information that has been collected from a National perspective (http://oas.samhsa.gov/nsduh/2k6nsduh/2k6results.cfm) can compared to what we find, and we can then make an informed decision about where to primarily focus our efforts, in order to build a better future for our community.
